1. What you are purchasing
These terms govern consumer orders from clootlet.shop. “Vendor” listings sell digital supplier information, not the branded physical goods referred to in their names. The listing must describe the information supplied, delivery format, access requirements and any access period. Physical Christmas products are separate goods. An order containing both is treated according to the rules applicable to each item.
2. Orders and payment
Review the item, quantity, price and delivery details before pressing Pay now, which places an order with an obligation to pay. Prices are in EUR; applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. We confirm orders by email. These terms and the information displayed when you order form your contract. We do not add optional paid services without your consent.
3. Delivery and your rights
Our Delivery terms, Cancellation policy, Return policy and Refund policy form part of these terms. Digital supplier information does not guarantee a supplier’s future stock or your business results; this does not limit our responsibility for supplying the information as described.
4. Faults and complaints
Your statutory conformity rights remain intact. For physical goods, the seller is responsible for non-conformity within the applicable legal period, normally at least two years from delivery. For faulty or missing digital information, contact us for supply or correction and, where legally appropriate, a price reduction or termination and refund. These remedies are free of charge.
Send complaints through Contact or the operator’s email. We respond to written consumer complaints within 15 working days, or explain a justified extension. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Latvia’s Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) and, where competent, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission. Cross-border EU consumers may also contact their European Consumer Centre.
5. Applicable law
Latvian law applies without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.
