Refunds following withdrawal

We reimburse payments due without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. For physical goods, we may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first, unless we offered to collect them.

For withdrawal from the whole physical-goods order, the refund includes the cheapest standard outward delivery we offered. Any extra cost of a premium delivery method you chose is not reimbursed. For partial withdrawals, delivery charges are refunded to the extent required by law.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee. Bank or payment-provider posting time may follow processing. Store credit is not imposed instead of a refund.

Faults and non-delivery

Faulty physical goods may qualify for repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund where the legal conditions apply. Missing or non-conforming digital supplier information may qualify for supply, correction, price reduction or termination. These rights are not restricted by the ordinary cancellation period. Contact us with the order details and problem; we do not require you to waive legal rights to obtain assistance.
