Cancellation policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Your 14-day right to withdraw
You may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days. For digital supplier information, the period starts when the contract is concluded. For physical goods, it starts when you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, it starts on receipt of the last item.
For supplier-information purchases, this store retains the 14-day right even if the information has already been delivered. Simply paying, receiving an email or opening a file is not treated as a waiver.
How to cancel
Use Withdraw from contract, email the operator or send a clear written notice to the address in Company details. Send your notice before the deadline; no explanation or prior approval is required. We acknowledge online notices by email with their content and submission time. You can also request cancellation before dispatch; if physical goods have already been dispatched, the statutory return process applies.
Optional model withdrawal form

See Returns for sending goods back and Refunds for repayment. Exceptions apply only where their legal conditions are met; faulty-product rights remain.
